The M-OEE8 Keepstar that used to belong to PL has had its shields reinforced. M-OEE8 is a primary stager for PanFam to defend against any potential attacks from lowsec, as well as providing a handy route into Jita. It also holds a third-party super capital construction yard, which only serves to add to the strategic importance of the system.
